Service Pricing Policy
Incase of Emergency Plumbing Services
As a company specializing in emergency plumbing services, each job and situation is individually assessed and priced by our team. Due to the nature of our work, we do not provide fixed prices for certain services upfront . Accurate pricing can only be determined after an on-site investigation and diagnosis.
Unforeseen Additional Work
In cases where old or hidden installations require additional work that was not visible during the initial diagnosis, additional costs will be incurred for the extra services required. These costs will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.
Access and Damage Policy
Access to Installations
If access to plumbing or drainage installations is obstructed, such as when they are located under floors, within walls, or above ceilings, gaining access to the fault may require necessary removal or breaking of such barriers. We do not take responsibility for damages to these types of elements.
Clients are responsible for any repairs to damaged structural elements caused during the process of accessing and repairing plumbing faults.
Delays and Payment Policy
Immediate Payment
Payment for all emergency services must be made immediately upon the completion of the work, on the same day the service is provided.
Delays Due to Materials or Access
If work must be delayed due to the unavailability of materials or restricted access to the fault, payment for services rendered up to that point must be made on the same day the work was performed
Payment Terms
All payments for services, especially emergency plumbing services, are due immediately upon completion. Clients are required to settle their bills on the same day to ensure continuity and efficiency in our service delivery.
Callout and Arrival Policy
Callout Fee
Clients are required to pay a callout fee of approximately £50. This fee covers the cost of the plumber’s travel and initial assessment. The exact amount will be communicated during the initial contact.
Acceptance of Service Offer
Upon arrival, our plumber will assess the situation and provide a quote for the required services. If the client decides not to accept the proposed service offer, the callout fee remains payable.
Immediate Payment Requirement
The callout fee must be paid immediately upon the plumber’s arrival and assessment, if the client chooses not to proceed with the services. Payment should be made before the plumber leaves the premises.
Non-Acceptance of Quote
If a client refuses the quote provided for the required services, they are still obligated to pay the callout fee. This ensures that the costs of travel and the plumber’s time are covered.
Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure they are prepared to make the callout fee payment at the time of the plumber’s visit
